Yesterday Richard and the sugar gliders took the show on the road. His friend from the library, Mindy, is also pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, so she was working as a TA at a local elementary school. She asked Richard to bring the girls and put on a show for her 6th grade class. I got to come too.
I'm really proud of all three of them, because it was a great show. Richard has this way of engaging children, and even though Rue was being particularly shy and even Bea had a bit of stage fright, they all did very well. The kids loved it too. I stood in the back of the class where I could watch their faces and hear what they were saying to each other. I wish I had pictures, but I didn't take the camera. But if you're in the area and you want to see a show, Richard and the girls perform Mondays and Tuesdays at Riverton Library.

Lol... Looks like you're running publicity for the shows there, Lynds. You should get a ten percent cut of the proceeds, yo. :)
She does get ten percent. Of course, the shows are free, so she still doesn't get anything out of it. What a rip-off!
